The house is located in an old town on the shores of Lake Biel, close to Biel, Neuchâtel, not far from Berne and Lausanne.
It is at the foot of the Jura, 30 minutes from the summit of Chasseral (1606 m), opposite the island of St-Pierre.
The house is halfway up the town, in a quiet area just in front of a winegrower’s farm.
On the ground floor there is a cellar with washing machine, a small resting place, a garden, a pergola, a garden fireplace, a living room and a dining table, all accessible by stairs that lead to the first floor with a terrace. Summer beds, table and chairs.
Also on the first floor you have a beautiful kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with massage chair. TV, printer-scanner, DVD player.
Electric and wood cooker.
Bathroom, toilet, shower.
On the second floor, a beautiful and bright bedroom awaits you.
